We offer four project accounting models:

Fixed price

Ideal if you know exactly what you want. We'll make an initial estimate and quote you a price for preparing a rigid quote. Changes to requirements will be open to negotiation. For larger projects we will require interim payments as agreed milestones are reached.

Time boxed

Ideal if you would like some thing running as soon as possible and are prepared to work closely with us. The development work is broken up in to phases which build up the functionality. The cost and time for each phase is agreed in advance and the requirements have to be flexible and managed by you.

Time and Materials

With the other two models there is always an element of contingency built in to the quotes to allow for the unexpected. On smaller projects it is often cheaper to accept an estimate and then pay for the time and materials that are actually used.

Joint Venture

If you have need a solution that you think could be marketed as a product but do not want to fund the total development costs. We are interested in discussing a joint venture partnership with you.
